    Permit
    The permit that CAA communicate to all airlines, supervisors, and permit providers is in the form of a reference (Example: S9998/20 ). This reference should be mentioned on the box field 18 into the flight plan .
    The steps involved in this process are really simple. All you need to do is:
    • Contact us by email to provide you with appropriate required document(s)
    • If you are the operator of the flight you will fill in it, sign, date, and stamp it. Otherwise you should invite the operator to do the same, because it is the only entity allowed to fill in the CAA form.
    • Once document(s)completed send it(them) back to STARS Overflight and we will start the submission on your behalf.
    • After, we will update each time we get the new status of the permission.
    The customer will receive an acknowledgement email soonest.
    Then, we check the document(s) before applying for permission .
    If the document(s) is (are) OK , we will keep him informed about ,
    and will give him the temporaryy lead time : lead time N°0 ( this lead time is obviously < to the one specified on each OVF 3 options) .
    We will be able to confirm the final lead time when we get positive news relevant to the status of the OVF request.
    We will advise the needed documents when we receive your first email.
    Itinerary Changes Transmitted and confirmed at no charge.
    The lead time is specified for each option we offer ( 3 options) depending on the indicated requirements inside the option.
    Generally, the validity is 24h .
    The extension should be through updated request.
    This will may happen if the request do not match the requirements of the 3 options we offer for OVF request
    . Otherwise, we respect our lead time.
    Yes, contact us and will provide you with requested document to fill out.
    No, we submit directly your request without intermediate.
    The customer, have only to keep us informed about vthe cancellation so we proceed to cancel the request .
    This said, without applying any charge.
    In this case, we will invite him to complete a new form with new schedule.
    And we will do our best to obtain new permit which will be free of charge.
    NB. the new permit may remain the same or completely changed with new reference.
    Payment
    Payment should be effected with credit card via PayPal checkout.
